An Update On St. Joseph’s Health

Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and St. Joseph’s Health have entered into an agreement to extend our in-network contract for both the hospital and physician practices through February 28, 2025, while we continue to meet regularly to work towards a mutually agreed upon provider contract.

Automatic Payment Error Impact

Some members may have received an email from us via our vendor, Instamed, saying that their automatic payment agreement has been terminated. If members received a letter in regard to their automatic payments, please refer to the banner on our Member Bill Pay Options page for the most up to date information on automatic bill pay status and enrollment.
