Become Broker of Record

For new Brokers of Record: please follow the steps below and send us your authorized documentation. Once received, our Commission Administration Team will process the request, which will take effect on the first day of the following month.

Step 1: Get the Employer Group Authorization

Ask your client to draft a letter giving you permission to act on their behalf. The letter must be prepared using the employer group's letterhead. Use this Broker of Record Letter TemplateOpen a PDF for suggested wording.

Step 2: Submit the Letter to us Electronically
