Smile Saver Discontinuance

As a reminder, all groups currently enrolled in a Small Group Pooled Smile Saver Package will be converted to the closest matching Dental Blue package on their 2021 renewal date. A copy of the discontinuance letters to both your groups and their members can be found here.
