CAA Compensation Disclosure Requirement

As part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA), we are required to identify for our ERISA groups all direct or indirect compensation we may potentially receive in connection with covered services of $1,000 or more, for the term of a group’s contract.

Programs can change based on what we offer from year to year. The programs we are currently required to disclose include:

  • Active&Fit
  • Health Baby Connections
  • Rx Clinical Concierge
  • BlueHealthy Dollars, etc.
  • SaveOn
  • WondR
  • Dental Rewards
  • Appeals Fiduciary
  • General Agency

Because we are required to make the outreach to our Groups directly, there is no action required by our brokers. If you do have any questions, please contact your account representative.
