On June 1, 2026, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS) submitted the Prescription Drug Data Collection (RxDC) report to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in compliance with the Consolidated Appropriations Act (CAA).
The full RxDC report was submitted on behalf of clients with Excellus BCBS-administered pharmacy benefits, including both fully insured and self-funded plans.
If clients inquire about their filing status, please confirm that the complete RxDC report was submitted for all non–pharmacy carve-out groups.
