Overview

We offer an array of plans to meet the needs of your business and clients:

• Individual

Qualified individuals may be eligible for free or low-cost New York State-sponsored plans or qualify to receive help paying for a plan depending on their income.

• Small Businesses

Employer group-sponsored commercial plans for businesses with 100 or fewer full-time Equivalent Employees (FTE’s).

• Midsize/Large Businesses

Employer group-sponsored commercial plans for businesses with 101 or more full-time Equivalent Employees (FTE’s). 

• Medicare

Medicare coverage is for people 65 years and older. Coverage is available via the individual market or, in some cases, through employer groups.
