We have filed and received approval from NYS Department of Financial Services (DFS) for changes to our insured rating formula, effective July 1, 2023. The changes filed include modifying the credibility and pooling methodology to provide more stable year to year renewal rate changes. At this time, we are also making enhancements to our rate adequacy exhibit.
