The Calm app now has full contract finalization and New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) approval. Effective Jan 1, 2022, a 12-month premium subscription to the Calm app is now an embedded benefit in all Fully Insured Large Group plans and available to Self-Funded and Minimum Premium Groups as a buy-up.
