On January 1, 2021 our premium payment processor will change from Chase Paymentech to InstaMed®, a J.P. Morgan company. Groups that have scheduled online automatic premium payments and invoice delivery preferences will continue uninterrupted.
The AutoPay feature will be temporarily unavailable for 1-2 weeks in December as we prepare for this change. No action is required from your group unless they choose to cancel their scheduled automatic payments or update their invoice delivery settings.
In early 2021, online bill payment and the invoice design will be improved with a new, simpler experience. A short demo and FAQs are expected to be available by November on our website.
