2021 Large Group Product Updates

Virtual Training for 2021 Open Enrollment Now Available on the new Sales Hub Site

One exciting way Excellus BCBS is pleased to support our broker partners this year is with access to personalized Sales Hub websites, now ready for use. Your Sales Hub site is designed to support all your Open Enrollment training and presentation needs for the 2021 season and beyond. 

Your Sales Hub is personal to you, so you’ll need to use your personalized URL to access the site. You should have received your URL in an email from Excellus BCBS on Thursday, July 9th.

If you did not receive a personalized URL and would like access to the Sales Hub, please email the following information to your Account Manager or Service Consultant and we’ll get you set up right away: 

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Broker Agency Name
  • Title
  • Phone number (optional)

Here’s What’s New for 2021:

  • Excellus Blue Simplicity Plans 1 offer a budget-friendly copay option while giving members an easy-to-understand plan with predictable health care costs.
  • Expanded wellbeing program choices give greater flexibility based on desired financial and engagement levels, as well as the features employees want most from a wellbeing program.
  • Telemedicine and telehealth services covered in full 2 in 2021, making care more accessible and affordable for members and their families.
  • Additional medical preventive services covered before the deductible on HDHPs, offering the ability to provide increased value to members.
