We're excited to share that the remaining Broker Portal Enhancements announced in October are now live and available for use.
As we continue enhancing the tools and resources available to our broker partners, additional self-service capabilities are now available to help simplify day-to-day business management and improve efficiency.
More functionality. More visibility. More control.
Since the launch of the enhanced Broker Portal, small group brokers have been able to:
- Create and manage prospects directly, then generate quotes for medical, dental, and vision in one place
- Build group structures with default classes and select plan(s) directly
- Download benefit summaries, SBCs and plan comparisons
- Download and email quotes and rate sheets to clients within the system
Building on this enhancement, small group Brokers can now also:
- View and manage their small group book of business in one centralized location
- Proactively submit renewal benefit changes prior to auto-renewals to ensure positive member experience.
These expanded capabilities provide a more complete self-service experience, helping reduce manual processes, increase visibility into your business, and make it easier to manage groups from prospecting and quoting through renewal and ongoing account management.
