Underwriting has recently updated several forms for our Small Group Commercial Medical and Healthy New York (HNY) products.
The new group instructions, new group checklist and new group applications have been updated for our small group commercial medical and HNY product. HNY recertification forms have been updated to reflect the new HNY wage as well.
