Starting June 1, 2018, Accredo Specialty Pharmacy will be our preferred specialty pharmacy for drugs covered under the pharmacy benefit. AllianceRx Walgreens Prime (formerly Walgreen’s Specialty Pharmacy) will no longer be part of our specialty pharmacy network. AllianceRx Walgreens Prime and Accredo will both continue to be preferred specialty pharmacies for drugs covered under the medical benefit. Members using AllianceRx Walgreens Prime Pharmacy and Cystic Fibrosis Pharmacy for medical specialty drugs can continue using those pharmacies.

You have the right to use a retail pharmacy in our network that has agreed to accept our rates to fill your specialty drug prescription. All you need to do is bring a prescription for the drug to a pharmacy that has accepted our rates and they will help you. You may also continue to use our specialty pharmacies: Accredo (formerly CuraScript) or AllianceRx Walgreens Prime Pharmacy and your drugs will be sent to your home.
