Due to Covid-19, the reimbursement criteria will be expanded to allow reimbursement for the following new items:
- At-home online workout subscriptions (i.e., Daily Burn, Beach Body, etc.)
- At-home fitness equipment (i.e., dumbbells, Peloton bikes, ellipticals, etc.)
Reimbursement forms and receipt of purchase are still required. Members can simply check the box for the Health Club/Gym Membership Fees and Claims Processing is aware these exceptions will be permitted.
Please note: Reimbursement will still be subject to program reimbursement caps.
This expanded reimbursement criteria will be live starting December 1, 2020 and available at minimum through 2021.
