We are excited to announce we will be utilizing the Sales Hub for new broker training.
In the past, new broker onboarding was held twice a year at our Waterloo, NY training facility. Based on feedback received from our brokers and the need for more virtual options to replace in-person meetings, the Sales Hub will now host pre-recorded videos for “just in time” training, making these resources available to you whenever you need them.
These videos were created by different teams throughout our organization. They will be available all year for brokers to use as needed, to watch at their own pace, and to choose the topics relevant to their role. Our training team will maintain the broker resources and make updates as needed.
You can quickly find these videos by selecting “New Broker Education” from the Resource Type filter dropdown.
