Pharmacy Network Change
As of September 1, 2020, Kroger, Albertson’s and Publix pharmacies are no longer part of the Excellus BlueCross BlueShield network. Express Scripts (ESI), our pharmacy benefit manager, is working hard to help reduce overall costs for members by removing higher-cost pharmacies from the network. This was not an easy decision to make, but in the end, our goal is to provide the most cost-effective options possible for our members.
